Ensure you have first used the link in your initial booking email to set yourself a password, from that point you will be able to use your email address to log in through the MANAGE MY BOOKING area on our website and cancel/reschedule any current appointments.

Unfortunately as there is not much space in the salon, and we cannot be liable for any younger visitors whilst you’re having your treatment done, we are unable to accommodate any plus ones during your slot. Thankyou for understanding!

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this MUST be done with more than 48hrs notice before your slot time.

Deposits are non-refundable, but we will not ask for a new deposit should you need to move your appointment. 

Please go to the MANAGE MY BOOKING page on our website and log in to change anything you need to.

Any changes made with less than 48hrs notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the booked treatment.

Payments can be made by cash or card in the salon.

The best question of all! Please follow these 4 points explicitly:

– Keep your lashes dry for 24hrs after your appointment
– Keep your lashes clean with lash cleanser or baby shampoo
– Keep your lashes away from oils and moisturisers
– Keep your lashes brushed, neat, and try not to squish them!

Brow Lamination, or ‘Runway Brow’, is the art of redirecting the brow hair to sit at a different angle and give them a fuller, fluffier look. It’s ideal for people who want to cover sparse areas, or just want to make their brows look that bit bushier!
